The Italian GT Championship resumes – after the summer break – with the drivers competing on the Enzo and Dino Ferrari circuit in Imola next weekend, 3-5 September in what is the third round of the championship.
Daniel Mancinelli and Vito Postiglione, currently third in the championship just nine points from the top, are eager to take their first win this year after an excellent third and second place obtained in the previous races.
Both they and the team made up of Riccardo Agostini and Lorenzo Ferrari will start without a handicap time, an additional advantage for the two Audi Sport Italia teams to obtain an excellent result.
“I’m very excited for this new appointment.” – Daniel said – “The stop of the summer break allowed us to recover the energy to continue this second half of the season in the best possible way and obtain a well-deserved victory also considering the unfortunate episodes that have happened to us.”
For those wishing to follow the two races, they can do so live on the social channels of the promoter ACI Sport or on TV on Saturday live on ACI Sport TV from 5.50 pm and Sunday from 2.50 pm.
