This weekend, 8-10 September, the penultimate round of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) will start on the Fuji circuit in Japan.
Daniel will once again drive the Aston Martin #98 of the North West AMR team in the Hearth of Racing colours. After the excellent placing among the top six in the last round at Le Mans, Mancinelli and the whole team are very confident for this round: the goal for this weekend is to get on the podium.
It is the first time for Daniel and teammate James on the Fuji circuit; however, the whole team has had the opportunity to train on the simulator in recent weeks.
Free practice will start on Friday 8th starting from 11:00 local time (04:00 in the morning in Italy) while qualifying will start on Saturday 9th starting from 2:40 pm local time.
The 6h race, however, will start on Sunday 10th at 11:00.
The race weekend will be broadcast live on the FIA WEC website (www.fiawec.com) and on Eurosport.
